Teacher's During the GSIS UMID Card Activation

This was the scene during the Teacher's Actication Schedule of their newly issued GSIS UMID card.Everyone who was scheduled that day woke up early just to get the lower number in the list.GOSH!Imagine we are already in front of the GSIS buliding at around 4AM. At around 5:30 the security guard issued to us a priority number for the said transaction.We're glad we belong to the first 100,(not bad) as we wait for out turn we were shocked because a huge  number of teacher was already in line.Take note,they dont have the priority number.We asked the guard about it,,,guess what he told us.(Linya lang kamu da mam,wala na ni number number)in English.You just form your line mam,number is not needed.WOW!what a mess!Our question is, what's the use of the priority number that they have issued to us?We is their word of honor? Most of all where is their system? It is very unfair isn't it? We spend time to get the priority number but then sad to say it does'nt make sense.

GSIS UMID

Its really an irritating day today!We are in the GSIS office at around 10:00 am although our schedule is at 1:00 in the afternoon believing that if we arrive early we could on time of our schedule.But what awaits us was a very crowded room full of teachers waiting their names to be called.There was no system of operation. Only 2 persons was there to entertain the hundreds teachers who came from different cities of Negros Occidental...sigh.....It was almost 2:30 when they say that the server was busy and that they cannot access the data...Gosh!We're almost there for almost how many hour already.Even those who are scheduled in the morning were not able to finish the process yet...What a sad fact!
